Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will be given the option to choose from:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

• Freight Shipping (for heavy or bulky items)

3. Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. We strive to ensure timely delivery but please note that some delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Address:

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on the destination country, which are not included in the final checkout price.

Returns Policy

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or special orders

• Used machinery or parts

• Heavy or oversized items that require freight shipping (unless defective)

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@leiyumachinery.com . Include your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order. For defective products, we will cover the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the same process as for returns. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.
